Mario is a New Orleans local, and he was here for the hard part. He worked the rebuild after Katrina, on the houses and the streets that needed putting back together, and he never left. Storm after storm since, the work has been the same: help people get their homes back.

KoKo runs professional crews for every trade — construction and repairs, painting and drywall, fencing, landscaping, and a professional cleaning crew. Mario supervises the work and is on site himself, so the person who priced the job is the person checking it.

Most of the work comes by word of mouth, which is the only reputation worth having in this city. His name carries weight around here because of how the jobs turned out, not because of advertising.

It runs the other direction too. Full renovations, demolition, decks framed from the ground up, fence lines replaced end to end. Same person on both ends of that range.
